Data Deletion

1. GENERAL

1.1 VOYG LIFESTYLES PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered address at F – 2001, IREO GRAND ARCH, SECTOR 58, GURGAON, HARYANA - 122011 (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Pair-ie Tales”) is managing and operating the mobile application/website (collectively referred to as the “Pair-ie Tales Platform”) through which it inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of shoes, bags, accessories and other products (“Products”) to the users of the Pair-ie Tales Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

1.2 This data deletion policy (“Policy”), together with the Privacy Policy and the Terms, sets out how you can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, including information we receive when you contact us on the Pair-ie Tales Platform, on WhatsApp, or on Instagram (through direct messages or comments on our posts).

2. INFORMATION THAT CAN BE DELETED

2.1 You may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, your Instagram username and the messages and comments you have sent us.

2.2 We may need to keep some information where the law requires it, for example order and invoice records for tax and accounting, or where it is needed to settle a pending order, return, refund or dispute. We will tell you what we have kept and why.

3. HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

3.1 Send an email to hello@pairietales.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.

3.2 In the email, please include the name, phone number or email address you used with us, and your Instagram username if you contacted us on Instagram, so that we can find your information.

3.3 We may ask you to confirm your identity before we delete anything, so that nobody else can delete your information.

4. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

4.1 We will confirm that we have received your request and will delete the information within 30 (thirty) days, other than information we are required to keep under clause 2.2.

4.2 We will email you once the deletion is complete.

4.3 Deleting your information does not cancel an order that is already being delivered or a return or refund that is already in progress.
